Dijital hizmet sunumu
NavMedIQ fiziksel ürün değildir; kargo veya teslimat ücreti yoktur. Hesap açılışıyla 14 günlük deneme başlar. Ücretli abonelik, iyzico ödeme sonucunun sunucuda doğrulanmasının ardından panelde etkinleşir. Tarayıcı yönlendirmesi tek başına ödeme doğrulaması değildir.
Kurulum ve erişim
Klinik, hizmetlerini ve çalışma saatlerini panelde tanımlar, web widget kodunu kendi sitesine ekler. Google Calendar ve diğer entegrasyonlar ayrıca yapılandırılır. “Yakında” işaretli WhatsApp, ses veya çok şube özellikleri satış kapsamına dahil değildir. Paket limitleri dolduğunda yeni konuşmalar durur; uygun pakete geçiş için destekle görüşülebilir.
Gecikme ve destek
Ödeme doğrulandığı halde erişim açılmazsa info@navmediq.com veya +90 555 022 89 16 üzerinden ödeme tarihi ve klinik adını iletin. Kart bilgisi paylaşmayın. Erişim sorunu ve hizmet sunulamaması İptal ve İade Koşulları kapsamında incelenir.

Digital delivery
NavMedIQ is software; there is no physical shipping or delivery fee. Account creation starts a 14-day trial. Paid access is activated after server-side verification of the iyzico payment result. Browser redirection alone does not verify payment.
Setup and access
The clinic configures services and working hours in the dashboard and adds the widget to its website. Calendar and other integrations need separate configuration. WhatsApp, voice or multiple-branch features marked Coming soon are excluded from the sold scope. New conversations stop when plan limits are reached; contact support about upgrading.
Delays and support
If verified payment does not activate access, contact info@navmediq.com or +90 555 022 89 16 with the payment date and clinic name. Do not share card information. Delivery failures are reviewed under the Cancellation and Refunds policy.
